Information and guidance for making a corporate complaint or compliment regarding Council Services.

We welcome customer feedback and complaints on our services and staff.

We want to hear from you when we get things right, likewise if you are unhappy about something, we need to know so that we can do something about it. We see complaints and compliments as an opportunity to improve our services.     

The Corporate Support Team handles all corporate complaints and compliments.

How to make a corporate compliment or complaint

If you wish to make a compliment or complaint about the corporate service, you can do so by:
