What are the restrictions?
The restrictions are as follows:
- You can only use the site if you make an appointment first;
- The site will be open to cars at any time of day;
- Residents with the following vehicle types need to select the 'Vans and permit type vehicles' option when booking an appointment - 2 door flat-bed truck, vans/minibus/campervan up to 3.5 tonnes.
- Any vehicle with a trailer is required to select the 'Vans and permit type vehicles' option when booking an appointment.
- Vehicles adapted to accommodate residents with disabilities eg wheelchair ramps, must also book an appointment. Such vehicles should book a car appointment and show their badge on entry;
- Site staff may not be able to assist with unloading;
- A one way, no overtaking system is in in operation for your safety so please be patient as your departure may be delayed by a vehicle tipping in front of you;
- Mattresses must be wrapped/bagged and taped;
- The site is in an exposed location so at times of extreme weather, we may need to close the site without prior warning due wind, ice or snow etc.
