Family Hubs - What's on

Find out what's going on at your local Family Hub here.

We aim to provide all children and families with the help and support they may need within their local communities.

The Hubs provide spaces for multi-agency teams to support parents together, such as Health Visitors, Early Years Support Practitioners, Intervention teams, School Nurses, Midwives, Maternity Support Workers and our partners from the voluntary and community sector.

All families are welcome - from parents-to-be, to those with pre-school aged children, right up until children turn 19 (or 25 years old with SEND).

Whether you're looking for a place to connect with other parents, explore new activities with your children, or access support and advice, the Family Hub has got you covered.

With a range of activities and events held throughout the year, families can enjoy a variety of experiences, from arts and crafts to music and storytelling. So why not join in the fun and make some new memories at your local Family Hub?
