To transfer a premises licence, you will need to complete an application form.
The application form should also include:
- the appropriate fee,
- a consent form signed by the existing licence holder,
- a copy of the premises licence, and
- proof of your entitlement to work in the UK.
For premises selling alcohol, a person will need to be specified on the form as the Designated Premises Supervisor. You may wish to apply to specify a new designated premises supervisor at the same time as applying to transfer.
