Service changes

On Monday 19 September, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council’s buildings will close and all but key and critical services will be stood down to enable people to spend time with family on the day of the Queen’s funeral.

It is envisaged that most people will wish to follow the national coverage of the funeral including marking the two-minute silence at the start of the funeral.

The Dunsdale Tip will open as normal at 8am, but will close early, at 3pm. There remains a requirement to book a slot before attending.
