The Youth and Community Service is made up of a team of youth workers who are responsible for developing trusting and caring relationships with young people.
The team includes neighbourhood youth officers who manage both youth projects and our youth and community centres.
The youth service is a key part of our early help offer. We give young people time and somewhere safe to turn, supporting them to cope with difficult life issues and progress positively.
We encourage local residents and young people to take up youth work volunteering opportunities which will give them vital experience and skills as well as references to support you into more full-time work.
