How to pay a Redcar & Cleveland invoice
There are a number of ways you can pay your Redcar & Cleveland invoice. Use the information below to find your preferred method and how to use it.
Direct Debit
The easiest way to pay your invoice is to set up a Direct Debit. If you receive invoices on a regular basis Direct Debit may be a more convenient way for you to pay.

Online payment
You can make a payment online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment by phone using a Debit/Credit Card
You can pay over the phone by calling the automated service which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 01642 444000.

Post Office or PayPoint
You can pay anywhere where the Post Office or PayPoint logo is displayed, please click on link to the store finder consumer.paypoint.com .
You’ll need to take your invoice with you which shows the bar code.
Please retain your receipt as proof of payment in the event of any queries.
Payment in person
You can pay in person by visiting the Cash Office, Seafield House, Redcar TS10 1SP.
You’ll need to take your invoice with you which shows the bar code.

If you're struggling to pay
We're here to help. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you're struggling or unable to pay. We can set up a payment plan which is affordable.

If you fail to pay
If you cannot pay and do not contact us to let us know, we'll send you a reminder letter. The reminder will be issued 14 days from invoice date.
If you still do not pay and do not contact us, we'll send you a final notice. The final notice will be issued 21 days from invoice date.
If you still do not pay and do not contact us, we'll look at ways to recover the money from you.
