The Redcar Civic Centre offers 44 office units, varying in size from 135 to 401 square feet and located on the second and third floor of the building.

These stylish, modern office units are all fitted to the highest standard and the majority offer incredible views over the Cleveland Hills and North Sea Coast.

Tenants are supported by a dedicated in-house team who are here to make your working environment run as smoothly as possible.

Ample parking available on-site both long and short stay. There are also 10 client parking spaces available for tenant's visitors.​

As well as modern office space the Redcar Civic Centre offers modern, adaptable meeting and event spaces, offering professional meeting environments or an impressive setting for large scale conferences.

The building is fully DDA compliant.

Catering - Teas and coffee can be provided by the business centre. All other catering needs to be fulfilled by external caterers.



Situated in the coastal market town of Redcar, the Civic Centre is part of a £31m development complex, which includes a leisure centre.

The Business Centre is adjacent to Redcar Central Railway Station with national mainline connections to London in 3 ½ hrs.
