Redcar and Cleveland residents are invited to enjoy a special night at the Mayor’s Charity Ball and help raise money for two worthy local causes, the Teesside Hospice, and the Great North Air Ambulance.
The Charity Ball will take place on Friday, 28 April, from 7.00pm until midnight, in the stunning Turner Pavilion at the well-known Kirkleatham Walled Garden. The price for a ticket is £50 and all proceeds will go towards Teesside Hospice and the Great North Air Ambulance, two charities that provide an invaluable service to the community but require funds to continue operating.
Teesside Hospice support people affected by a terminal illness, helping them and their families make the most of every day, and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
They provide services such as Inpatient Care, Wellbeing Centre, Outreach, Bereavement Support, and a Lymphoedema Clinic. For further information, please visit Teesside Hospice - Home.
The Great North Air Ambulance provide an air ambulance service across the North-East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire, using a fleet of life-saving helicopters and cars and working together with NHS and fellow emergency services as an important part of the region’s major incident response unit. More information is available at Great North Air Ambulance Service | Charity funded, world-class critical care.
The attendees at the Charity Ball will enjoy a delicious dinner and dance the night away with live music from the band “The Fallen.” The night will be a great opportunity for people to network and have fun with their family and friends, while helping two amazing charities.
