A Taste of Redcar and Cleveland is back!

THE POPULAR food and drink campaign A Taste of Redcar and Cleveland is set to return.  

From Saturday 1 March until Monday 10 March participating businesses will be offering tasty new dine in offers within set price points of £5, £10, £15, £20, £25 and £30+.

The scheme is designed to showcase the wide range of quality food and drink establishments within the borough and has been greatly received by both its participating businesses and their customers since its launch two years ago. 

This year, customers will be delighted to see their all-time favourites onboard, including Cookfellas Wine Bar in Guisborough, Real Meals in Saltburn, and Daisy-Mae’s Vintage Tea Room in Redcar, whilst the scheme is also welcoming new businesses such as Micklow Brew Co., Amare Kitchen and Bar and Oliver's Fish and Chips. 

Philip Jeffels, Hotel and Restaurant Manager at Brockley Hall, said: "We are delighted to be taking part in A Taste of Redcar & Cleveland from the 3rd to 8th March, offering three courses for £20, to give customers old and new a chance to have the Brockley Hall experience at great value, booking time 12pm to 3pm and then 5pm to 6.30pm. We are also offering a Sandwich of the Day with tea or coffee for £10 between the hours of 10am and 6pm in our lounge." 

Cllr Carrie Richardson, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Climate and Culture at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, said: “This is an amazing opportunity for our hospitality businesses to showcase what they have to offer to our residents across Redcar and Cleveland and visitors from far and wide. It’s offers people a chance to explore new venues, try different meals and discover some of our hidden gems, whilst spending quality time with friends and family.”
