Taking place on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May, kites of all descriptions, sizes and colours will take to the air for two days of aerial displays over Majuba beach.
Internationally renowned kite experts will provide spectacular displays which will include flying frogs, skyhigh snakes, leaping lizards, daredevil dragons, and scores of exotic inflatables.
Visitors can also get involved and learn the skills of kite flying from the professionals with kites available for loan during the event.
Alongside the kites, there will also be entertainment, music, workshops and a delicious food market, making Redcar’s first ever kite festival an event for everyone to enjoy.
