Invitation to tender
Open, our new e-procurement platform, is replacing the NEPO Portal (ProContract) to become the place to find and compete for tendering opportunities.
The Council will publish all invitations to tender to provide goods, works and services on Open and on the Council website under Contract Opportunities.
To see Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council’s specific opportunities please follow this process:
- Click on Open login/register in the top right-hand corner.
- Select to access the Open system
- Click on Login
- Click on Browse > Opportunities;
- Click Filter and select Redcar & Cleveland from the dropdown list under Authority.
- Click on Show Results. This will display all the current opportunities that are open to all suppliers.
