Open – the new e-procurement platform
Open is the new e-procurement platform launched by NEPO and the North East local authorities.
Open will be introduced during 2023, eventually replacing the NEPO Portal (Pro Contract) as the place to do business with Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, NEPO and the other North East local authorities.
NEPO will be the first public sector organisation to use Open to run a competitive opportunity and, following a phased implementation, all North East local authorities will be using Open to buy goods, works and services.
Open will be adopted on a phased roll-out during 2023, however, we recommend that you register now to ensure you are notified of relevant opportunities.
